At the foot of the mountain, you shall start walking at a paved road. Then as the trail goes up, you have to prepare yourself for the ascent. If you’re not a climber, you will experience the true meaning of crawling and grasping dirt for dear life. You have the trees and shrubs to hold and grab at and the stones as footrests (which you can also grasp as you crawl up and down the mountain). Near the top there are ropes tied together to help climbers. Along the edge of the cliffs, the 12 stations of the cross are put up. At the top, there is the big cross and an immaculate view of the lowlands. Stalls are also built to sell drinks and snacks for the tired souls.
